（1）彈線：根據(jù)樓層標高水平線和設計標高，沿墻彈內(nèi)鋼外鋁高隔間標高水平控制線，并注意是否與水電站高程相矛盾，如有矛盾，應及時。

(1) Snap the line: snap the elevation horizontal control line of the internal steel and external aluminum high compartment along the wall according to the floor elevation horizontal line and design elevation, and pay attention to whether it is inconsistent with the elevation of the hydropower station. If there is any contradiction, it shall be solved in time.

（2）劃分：根據(jù)內(nèi)鋼外鋁隔間外立面的劃分設計要求，制定詳細的施工劃分方案。確定每個立面的準確網(wǎng)格尺寸，懸掛水平線和垂直線，繪制網(wǎng)格線，并沿墻上端從上到下（或從下到上）一行一行地施工。

(2) Division: according to the division design requirements of the external facade of the inner steel and outer aluminum compartment, a detailed construction division scheme shall be formulated. Determine the accurate grid size of each elevation, hang horizontal and vertical lines, draw grid lines, and construct line by line from top to bottom (or from bottom to top) along the upper end of the wall.

（3）預埋件安裝：彈好標高水平線后，確定內(nèi)鋼外鋁隔間的標高，將預埋鋼板固定在混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中，將預埋鋼板固定在底部結(jié)構(gòu)梁中，安裝內(nèi)鋼外鋁型材時焊接內(nèi)襯鋼管。

(3) Installation of embedded parts: after snapping the elevation horizontal line, determine the elevation of the inner steel and outer aluminum compartment, fix the embedded steel plate in the concrete structure, fix the embedded steel plate in the bottom structural beam, and weld the lined steel pipe when installing the inner steel and outer aluminum profiles.

安裝時，在內(nèi)鋼外鋁高隔間墻體相應網(wǎng)格線上標出膨脹地腳螺栓的坐標，用電鉆鉆鉆地腳螺栓孔，放置膨脹塞。使用膨脹塞時，地腳螺栓孔的深度大于塑料膨脹塞LCM。

兩端與墻埋件焊接，鋁方管上下埋件焊接，中性齒輪50mm，由50mmU型不銹鋼件隔開。

（4）預裝：按規(guī)格將鋁方管預裝成一組，10根一排，用木制固定槽預固定。注意地面平整干凈，檢查杏鋁方管拼接平整度，接口牢固，每兩排用頂鋼板覆蓋焊接，調(diào)整水平線和垂直線。

(4) Pre assembly: pre assemble the aluminum square tubes into a group according to the specifications, 10 in a row, and pre fix them with wooden fixing slots. Pay attention to the flatness and cleanness of the ground, check the splicing flatness of apricot aluminum square pipe and the firm interface, cover and weld each two rows with top steel plate, and adjust the horizontal line and vertical line.

在同一立面兩側(cè)的陽角處懸掛水平線和垂直線，粘貼固定。沿建筑物屋頂或梁的水平方向施工，并根據(jù)需要預留水平和垂直分隔縫，以調(diào)整和校正成品方管。

Hang horizontal lines and vertical lines at the external corners on both sides of the same facade and paste them for fixation. Construct along the horizontal direction of the building roof or beam, and reserve horizontal and vertical separation joints as required to adjust and correct the finished square pipe.

（5）調(diào)整和固定：當出現(xiàn)需要調(diào)整的誤差時，應立即安裝和調(diào)整內(nèi)鋼外鋁高隔間，輕輕揉捏和移動。嚴禁將固定好的鋁方頭向外拉，或用手或橡皮錘上下左右均勻敲擊管面，焊接上下。

(5) Adjustment and fixing: when there is an error to be adjusted, the inner steel and outer aluminum high compartment shall be installed and adjusted immediately, kneaded and moved gently. It is forbidden to pull the fixed aluminum square head outward, or knock the pipe surface up and down, left and right evenly with hand or rubber hammer, and weld up and down.
