Profiled glass is a new type of architectural glass developed in foreign countries in recent ten years. It is a large long member made of silicate glass. The special-shaped glass is generally produced by calendering method, pouring method and rolling method. In the production process of glass tempering furnace, the tempering parameters of general raw glass are generally set by the engineer of the glass tempering furnace manufacturer. When the special-shaped glass needs toughening, it is necessary to follow the following principles for the setting of tempering parameters of glass:

1、關(guān)于有孔有槽的玻璃，在增韌比相同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的玻璃加熱時(shí)刻添加2.5%~5%。

1. For the glass with holes and grooves, 2.5% ~ 5% is added at the heating time when the toughening ratio is the same as that of the standard glass.

2、玻璃用尖利的角，不到30°角的玻璃比一般玻璃加熱爐加熱時(shí)刻削減2.5%~5%，應(yīng)該把這些放在后邊處理，為了防止角落熱吸收太快，導(dǎo)致彎曲。

2. Sharp angles are used for glass. The heating time of glass with an angle of less than 30 ° is reduced by 2.5% ~ 5% compared with that of ordinary glass heating furnace. These should be treated at the back to prevent corner heat absorption from being too fast, resulting in bending.

3、關(guān)于壓花玻璃，當(dāng)玻璃被擺放時(shí)，一般是不平整向上的，以免加熱時(shí)刻過長(zhǎng)造成波紋。有時(shí)向下，加熱時(shí)刻根據(jù)玻璃較厚的部分來決定，風(fēng)壓也是。

3. As for embossed glass, when the glass is placed, it is generally uneven and upward, so as to avoid ripple caused by too long heating time. Sometimes downward, the heating time is determined according to the thicker part of the glass, and so is the wind pressure.

4、關(guān)于吸熱玻璃，加熱時(shí)刻一般小于一般玻璃的5%。

4. For endothermic glass, the heating time is generally less than 5% of that of ordinary glass.

5、關(guān)于鍍膜玻璃和熱反射玻璃，為了保護(hù)鍍膜外表，鍍膜外表要朝上。底層溫度和加熱時(shí)刻要比一般玻璃厚度相同的情況下添加2.5%~10%。

5. For coated glass and heat reflective glass, in order to protect the coated surface, the coated surface shall face upward. The bottom layer temperature and heating time shall be 2.5% ~ 10% higher than that of the general glass with the same thickness.

6、關(guān)于上釉玻璃，進(jìn)爐前有必要枯燥，上、下溫度一般設(shè)置為700℃左右，如果玻璃彎曲，要恰當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)壓，加熱平衡壓力可下降50%左右，加熱時(shí)刻與釉面色彩有必定的聯(lián)系。

6. For glazed glass, it is necessary to be dry before entering the furnace. The upper and lower temperatures are generally set at about 700 ℃. If the glass is bent, the wind pressure should be properly adjusted. The heating balance pressure can be reduced by about 50%. The heating time is related to the glaze color.
